5. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks:
We encourage users to contact us before disputing a charge with their bank or payment provider. Filing false chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of points or winnings, and reporting to relevant fraud databases.

6. No Refunds for Winnings or Game Outcomes:
Galaxy Spin does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with game outcomes, gameplay experience, or prize results. All contests are skill-based, and results are final once verified.
